CONSENT FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT
You are submitting an application for the financing of a vehicle (“Application”). To continue this process, our credit/finance partners are required to provide you certain notices, documents, information, disclosures, and other materials related to your Application electronically (“Electronic Documents”). By reading this Consent for Electronic Documents, you acknowledge and agree that you have been informed of your rights when receiving these Electronic Documents. By agreeing to receive Electronic Documents, you acknowledge receipt of this Consent for Electronic Documents, and agree to receive Electronic Documents via the Internet to the email address designated on your Application. You need to contact the Finance Partner if you would like such records to be provided in non-electronic form.
You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Documents by contacting us at info@FederalAutoLoan.com. Please note, however, Get Great Auto Loans, LLC does not provide credit financing for auto loans. Because of this, if we have already forwarded your application to a credit/financial partner you must also withdraw your consent from that credit/finance partner when they contact you. We will not withdraw consent on your behalf even if you have withdrawn your consent with us if we have already forwarded your application to a credit/finance partner.
Important: If you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Documents, the legal validity and enforceability of any Electronic Documents that were transmitted prior to your withdrawing of your consent will not be affected and you will not have the option in the future receive your Electronic Documents electronically.

- THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE AND READ EMAIL MESSAGES SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY YOU IN YOUR APPLICATION
- THAT YOU CAN ACCESS INFORMATION PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY AT OUR WEB SITE AND OTHER WEB SITES WITH REGARD TO YOUR APPLICATION
- TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY AND TO STORE OR PRINT THOSE DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR RECORDS
- THAT THE ACTIONS DESCRIBED HERE OR ON THE DOCUMENTS WILL SERVE AS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS; AND
- THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM US AND ASSOCIATED PARTIES UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT, AND INTENDING THAT THIS LAW APPLY TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH US AND ASSOCIATED CREDIT/FINANCE PARTNERS.
